How do I cancel my subscription?
Email us at info@designadmanagement.com with your business name and the email you used at checkout. We'll cancel immediately and your listing stays active through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.
How long does it take to get my listing approved?
Free listings are typically reviewed and published within 24–48 hours. Paid logo listings go live as soon as payment is confirmed and your listing is submitted.
Can I upgrade from a free listing to a paid tier?
Yes! Just email us or resubmit your listing with the logo upgrade option. We'll apply the upgrade to your existing listing so you keep your reviews and history.
I was charged but my listing isn't showing up. What do I do?
Contact us immediately at info@designadmanagement.com with your business name and payment confirmation. We'll get it sorted within one business day. Please do not initiate a chargeback — we will resolve it for you.
How do I update my business information?
Email us at info@designadmanagement.com with your business name and the changes you'd like made. We'll update your listing within 1–2 business days.
There's a fake or inaccurate review on my listing. What can I do?
Visit your business listing page and use the "Got a Complaint?" link, or email us directly. We investigate all review disputes and remove reviews that violate our content standards.
What is the Google Review Funnel in the SEO Package?
SEO Package clients get a Google Review Funnel — after someone leaves a 4 or 5 star review on your Cedar Park Buzz listing, they're automatically prompted to also share it on Google. This significantly increases your Google review count over time.
How do I get my Google Place ID for the SEO Package?
Visit the Google Place ID Finder (developers.google.com/maps/documentation/places/web-service/place-id), search for your business, and copy the Place ID. Send it to us and we'll add it to your listing right away.
